I needed delivery of a new fridge for a vulnerable relative and prior to contacting MK Appliances couldn’t find any retailer who would deliver to a house when the occupant physically is unable to answer the door. No such problem from MK who have been brilliant.

Bought a freezer recently from MK appliances and their service was fantastic. They were friendly, informative and speedy with the delivery. They even brought it all the way to my storage room for me (2 flights up). You only find out what a company is truly like when things go wrong... I bought a washing machine here with a 3 month warranty and it broke down right before the warranty was due to expire... Called them up and after discussing the issues was offered a like for like replacement immediately. Highly recommended.
